What was done
A Linux driver and browser configurator replace the Windows ATLAS app by reproducing its HID feature reports for a tested 2.4 GHz mouse dongle.
atlasctl is a Linux driver and configurator for the Pressplay ATLAS gaming mouse. It replaces the Windows ATLAS application by sending the same vendor HID feature reports, recovered by reverse engineering Mouse.exe and the vendor HID driver DLLs. The repository says it does not include vendor code, apart from extracted lookup tables.
Supported controls
The CLI can inspect the mouse, monitor events and configure DPI, polling rate, lighting, sleep and button mappings. It can also store button macros and apply a full profile. The project includes a browser configurator and install instructions for Linux hidraw access.
The author reports testing on the 2.4 GHz dongle with USB ID 1d57:fa60. The wired 1d57:2112 device shares the code path but is not hardware-tested; Bluetooth LE is unsupported.

Claude Sonnet 5.5 co-authored the Linux driver and WebHID configurator commit. The source documentation describes the recovered Windows HID behavior, and the project exposes dry-run and verification commands for checking reports against the device.
