What was done

pyenki is an unofficial, reverse-engineered Python client and CLI for Leroy Merlin's Enki smart-home cloud. It enables device discovery, temperature control, and schedule management for connected radiators, utilizing only the Python standard library.

pyenki is an unofficial Python client, CLI, and demo web application designed to interact with the Leroy Merlin Enki smart-home cloud. The project provides a reverse-engineered interface for managing connected radiators and other Enki-compatible devices. The library is implemented using only the Python standard library with no external dependencies. Functionality includes account authentication, device discovery, real-time temperature monitoring, mode switching, and the management of native weekly schedules. The author notes that the Enki API is undocumented and subject to change, and the project is not affiliated with Leroy Merlin or Adeo. Recent updates have expanded support to include home-level control, allowing users to manage entire home schedules and control types. Development of these features was co-authored with Claude Opus 5 and Claude Opus 4.8, as documented in the project's commit history. Users are responsible for extracting their own service keys and tokens, as the repository does not redistribute them. Full documentation and endpoint references are available in the official repository.
