The Gremlin project provides custom themes and device configurations for Evolv DNA color chips, specifically the DNA100C. The project includes a primary theme set and a high-contrast version for low-vision users, both designed for use with Divine Tribe heaters. Technical documentation includes reverse-engineered theme formats and DNA field IDs. Calibration for the Lightning Quest heater was performed using a swab test, resulting in a verified TCR of 120 and a starting temperature of 385F. Configuration requires Evolv Escribe software and international firmware (SP55.1 INT+) to enable Session Mode. Claude Opus 5 is credited as a co-author on project commits. Recent attempts to implement an ohm-lock toggle on the new-coil screen were reverted because the feature remained untested on hardware. Users are advised to perform individual swab tests for calibration, as TCR values vary between devices and heaters. Reproduce it
Install Evolv Escribe, connect the DNA device, update to international firmware, and load the provided .ecig or .ecigtheme files from the release directory.
