A reverse-engineered Home Assistant integration providing telemetry and control for DJI Power stations. It supports cloud-based MQTT/REST communication and local Bluetooth connectivity, though it has only been tested on the DJI Power 1000 Mini.
The DJI Power integration enables Home Assistant to monitor and control DJI Power portable power stations. The project utilizes a reverse-engineered, undocumented API and Bluetooth protocol. Users can connect via the DJI cloud (using MQTT for telemetry and REST for control) or directly via Bluetooth. The integration exposes battery levels, input/output power, temperature, and remaining time as sensors, while output ports and lamps are controlled as switches and lights. The author reports that the integration was developed and tested exclusively on a DJI Power 1000 Mini; while other models in the Power line are expected to function, they remain untested. The integration requires a member token extracted from a user's DJI Home session, as a native login flow is not currently implemented. Bluetooth connectivity allows for local control, though it prevents simultaneous use of the official DJI mobile app. The project credits the Blutter tool for assisting with protocol analysis. Commit history indicates participation from Claude Sonnet 5 in documentation updates.
