What was done
Codex used REA's Ghidra access to rebuild DX-Ball functions as C. The sound-pan routine passes 3,205 behaviour cases against the original code; 33 functions compile to matching bytes.
Where the human stepped in
The playable game is not finished: ball and paddle physics, power-ups, sound integration and Windows glue are still in progress.
