What was done
Claude worked out Figma's Kiwi-encoded scenegraph frames and wrote Kaitai Struct specs, so designs can be read without the rate-limited REST API.
Where the human stepped in
The author says Claude wrote the README, most of the code and did the format work; he steered it, used it daily and published it, citing EU interoperability rules. No Figma code is included.
